Location & Architecture
AC Hotel Recoletos By Marriott is a neoclassical building in Madrid's Salamanca district, between Calle Serrano and Paseo de Recoletos. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Puerta de Alcalá and Retiro Park, and within 10 minutes of the Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and Reina Sofía Art Museum. The property retains the original Madrid architecture of its construction era, offering a blend of historic design and updated facilities.
Entertainment & Lounge
The AC Lounge hosts live jazz sessions every Thursday night, a recurring event that draws guests and locals alike. The lounge also serves Mediterranean tapas and offers a bar with a selection of snacks and drinks. In the basement, the same space transforms into a jazz club in the evenings, with a separate entrance for the public.

A fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment is available for guest use, though it is small according to guest feedback. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, concierge service, and laundry and dry cleaning facilities. “This hotel in Madrid occupies a neoclassical building in an unbeatable location for seeing major attractions.
